1st press limited edition of 500 on red vinyl. Thick glued sleeve. "COLLECTOR'S EDITION" on B-side label is all capitals and there is a blank underscore unlike later presses (lowercase letters and blank space). Black magic marker used to hand number each copy using "xxx/500" format.

Comes with small square double-sided lyric sheet including lyrics on one side, Mystic information on other.
