Recorded live at the Koncerthuset in Stockholm, Sweden on May, 14 1974.This version has a strong black and white cardboard sleeve. There is also another version with a pink sleeve.
Sleeve's spine reads "Lou Reed: recorded live at the Konserthuset in Stockholm - Velvet Records 1623 (06.98)".
Labels on disc do not match with runout etchings: Side One label has matrix '1623-B', and Side Two label has matrix '1623-A'.
